Does the cowl have steel door posts and steel sills? If it does it most likely is Dodge, but I would think it would be a very early one, not late teens or 20s.

My buddy Vince has no use for the cowl at the moment, so he is going to mount a flatscreen in the windshield frame and put it in his living room until he makes something out of it.
