    Can some of you guys across the pond and on the continent post some photos of period perfect hot rods that were examples of what you had during the 1950s? I often wondered what the hot rod scene looked like over there when we were in our heyday over here in the 1950s and 1960s. But remember, traditional only (what was traditional over there).;)

    Hey. In here hot rodding starts in late 50´s. Cars was a wery bad condition. When cars was new, they going straight to war. War ending 1945 and its take meny years when we get new cars. 1952 we have Olympic games in Helsinki and then we get new American cars.

    I realize you didn't have the amount of old cars left that we did over here,that is why I would like to see some examples of what you guys had to work with and what you built when you first started hopping up older cars. I guess it was more into the 1960s when the craze started there?

    In sweden they loked much like the american versions
    you could buy Hotrod magazine here and some bomber
    crews that landed in sweden during the war was
    hotroders and inspired Swedish hotroders
    mostly model a and 32 roadsters
    I have no pictures but some one from sweden
    posted some pictures here a couple of years ago
