It a D24 made from 46 through early 49. If it has an engine the engine number should start with that D24 followed by other symbols and digits, it is located on the blick above the generator.
Well the front door trailing edge goes straight up and down so it might be a 2 door sedan, I don't see any rear door handle or a rear vent window for a suicide rear door as stated a better side view is needed....knock the snow off the car this time. Be nice if it was a town sedan............
Here's a few more pics without all the snow on it. Need some information about the car like to part it out. So if anyone interested in anything let me know Thanks
47/48 but hunting through the google provided photos doesn't show enough detail between the two to distinguish one from the others for us non experts on that model of Mopar. Yours or are you considering it? A guy would have to find another body shell with a good roof though to make it work as that crushed top is probably beyond all but the best skills to repair.
1946 through early 49 D-24-Custom 2 door sedan, the custom had radio, chrome trim around the windows front and back lites, and the rear fender spears......better upholstery and interior trims.
...too bad you can't save that, maybe graft another top on it and chop it about 3 inches as well, tudor Chryslers in those years are scarce.
You could get a good idea on the turn signal lamps or on the bottom of the tail lights . Thats the way I have checked the year on them old cars ..And some cars share the same lights on to another year but it may give you an idea anyway.Should be a date on the bottoms .
Seems like these Dodges have coming out of hiding lately. I don't recall ever seeing this many on the HAMB at one time.
