Hey Guys, I have a problem understanding why my bench test will not work.
I have 3 power window motors that I am trying to test. 2 are new reman,s but I do not want to put everything together untested.

I have a re wire and a yellow wire very simple. I have a probe tester that will supply 12 volt power. I ground the body and touch the probe with power to either lead on all three motore and I get nothing.

I have even used jumper cables to provide a ground and nothing.

I am sure I am doing something wrong but hell I must keep making the same mistake over and over because I keep getting the same results.

OK what is the best way to do a bench test and know for sure everything is correct ?

Ford power windows work on reversing the flow of electricity, power to red and ground to yellow, goes one way,
reverse the wires and it goes the other way.

Power source might not provide enough amperage. Try jumping from a battery.
