Converting lights to LED

Is there a conversion or amber LED bulb to make these into turn signals. The bulb is a TS 5 something (54?)

you could allways get a modern 1156 socket and plug in a LED that can be sourced anywhere or 1157 and make it a amber running light that blinks bright
