Last week viewed a build thread of a black roadster pickup, Almost finished. Awesome truck! Had over 50 pages of pics and replies! Didn't have time to read and look over. Now can't find no matter how I search? Anyone know how to find again! Thank for any help.
Maybe this one? Great thread. Larry T http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=352119&highlight=dodgerodder
welcome to my world Took me days to figure how to subscribe every time I found something to follow. I may subscribe to this thread to see if anyone gives a course on how to use the 'Thread Tools' and the 'Search this Thread' features ! Tom S. in Tn.
Why is it so hard to get the 'search' to work? Every time I search, I get hundreds of results that have NO CONNECTION to what I asked for The HAMB needs an index
Flamed and Tom, When I find a thread that I am interested in and have no time to read it or want to keep track of it I just post on it. Even if it is something simple like I am going to be watch this thread etc. Then when I want to find it again I just search using my screen name, sometimes I even expand my search criteria by using a key word from my post. For instance to find this thread again I may search with my screen name and "interested" as my search criteria.
Or, in the red bar just above the first post on each page is "Thread Tools", click that and choose "Subscribe..." and you don't have to make a post. Then, when you want to access threads subscribed to, on the black bar under the HAMB logo theres a "Quick Links" drop down.....click that, and toward the bottom of the list is the link to "Subscribed threads", click that and you get the list of threads you're subscribed to.
