model a with IFS and modified front fender brackets

Has any one out there had trouble with mounting their front fender brackets on their model a after installing Heidts superride IFS? If so can you post pics of how your brackets ended up looking when you were done.

 

Yeah, the front fender brackets have to be reworked at the top. WE just cut them off and weld them straight down on the top edge.....The ones we build with IFS are all "Street Rods" anyhow so a simple clean weld right over where the crossmember welds in has always worked fine for our customers
