Cut off the original front end & started grafting on the bullet nose. It's gonna take a lot longer putting it back together than taking it apart.! Oh well, winters in Wi. are long!!
Thats a really kool project. I dig the Stude nose on there. How much did you have to narrow it to fit?
It had to be done. It just had to. I missed the first round of mock up pics, looks like it's gonna fit on there pretty well. How will the front grilles be made water tight? Other than that, the front end should actually be pretty hydro-dynamic (is that the word for it? Like a tri-hull boat hull, kinda). Keep it coming.
Narrowed 17' shortened 8" All of front will be welded/filled in. Grill will be airbrushed on, OOOOOOHHHH!!!
Very cool project you have going Arnie ! I remember the 1st round ,it just keeps getting better! You are going to make some skirts for it arent you?
