I got my start in rodding in the mid to late 50's,and had posession of a few autos I wish I stil had first a 1940 Mercury club coupe,34 Five window coupe,an ex-drag track car with a 53 rocket olds mill that would burn rubber starting off in high gear. next was a 40 delux ford coupe, next was another 34 Ford five window coupe this one was nice full fendered, shortly after this isold the 34 I just had to have a Corvette, bought a 57 you remember the aqua color with the white coves, both tops 283, 3 speed trans, but then came along wife #1. My rodding days were over. I am now retired as of 1998 and have moved from the Atlanta metro area to the north east area of the state. I now have the workshop I have always wanted. Demesions are 100'X60'. Inside I have a small office a bath with shower, a full kitchen. If I am sent to the dog house I have a place to go. I have acquired a few progects since I have retired.1935 Ford 4dr the only one that runs,2 28-29 sport coupe bodies,128-29 coupe body, 1 28-29 2dr sedan, 1941 lincoln zepher club coupe, 2 1965 mustang convertables, all but the 35 are in poor shape. I have more to do than I willever be able to do. oh don't let me forget to mention that my "honey do" List is more extensive than what I have mentioned so far.
John "Grumpy" South P.S. I hope all of you have a happy new year.

Welcome as well from the unfrozen north! There are never too many projects, just too little time.
