I'm looking to buy a new HVLP spray gun but have no idea what to get. Want something that can do a DP90 job now and later a nice finish coat, whatever that ends up being. I plan on spending around $300.

    Any advice would be appreciated!

  3. Hey, great question, I was just going to post something very similar......anyone have some recomendations?

Also, hendrixsf, stop over to the introduction page and let everyone know who you are. Some of the guys here will rip ya apart without an intro.

it depends how crazy you want to go, if your looking to do more basic stuff ( DPLF, solid base coats and clears) id say a DeVille Biss JGA would do you fine. if your going to be gettin into high metalics and candys and pearls i would look into something like a good SATA or Iwata. we have two JGAs, a new SATA, and a Charlie Hutton edition Iwata for clears its a great gun. there all pretty good just depends what you want to use them for.

If you click my link almost all the cars there were painted with the JGA gun except for the green super bee.

    Good luck with your choice!
