Hi everyone, This is my short introduction. I won't pretend to know more than I do and I hope to learn more than I imagined. I'm here because I like cool old stuff and I need help bringing my old van back to life. Thanks for reading and I look forward to the adventure. JR
Welcome from the East Coast. You will learn a ton of shit here ! There is so much knowledge. A word of advice though never use the term ratrod and please try not to use the term streetrod. 99.9999999% of the men and women on this site are great people but like every site it has is share of D-bags. Merry Christmas
That Metro should make a pretty cool party wagon. Local guy has one as a hot rod bread truck..........
Welcome from the city that's known for it's own swap meet as well..... How is the Turlock Swap lately? I was talking to a friend of mine from from up north yesterday and he was wodering if it was still any good as well.
Thank you for the warm welcome! It would be nice to see you all next month at the Turlock swap meet. It usually has a variety of cool cars, parts, and stuff for sale (and for drooling over). I'm hoping to find some items as well. Ok, see you around H.A.M.B.ers. Merry Christmas, JR
welcome from texas. my truck (51) isn't really "traditional" or a hot-rod by any means, but there are alot of knowledgeable people here that have helped me with getting it back on the road. as stated above you may get some smart ass responses on questions, but just ignore them and don't take it personal. people that want to help will post ass well. good luck -DVZ
Hey JR, I plan to hit the Turlock swap meet too. Lets try to meet and talk about Metro stuff. Chris scalhotrod@aol.com
