I sent a '37 ford aftermarket hood ornament to Josh..that was trashed..the wing tip was broken off,etc...I just got it in the mail..this thing is AMAZING!!! I am so stoked...I would definitely recommend Josh for all chroming and repair...awesome work! thanks again Josh!

6-8 weeks for this ornament..but he had to do a lot of fab work.

 

HUGE fan of Josh. He had my stuff back to me on time, as quoted and the parts looked outstanding.

that actually seems pretty quick. Especially considering the quality and amount of work.

 

Josh does excellent work. I sent him a pair of so-so Dodge hemi valve covers and they came back outstanding. Couldn't of been happier!

This Ford hood ornamanent also had a busted key in the lock cylinder. Since the need of a lock was not worth the price of a locksmith, I filled it in and smoothed it out. That actually proved more difficult than putting the wingtip back on it because the cylinder kept g***ing out when I soldered it in.

i'll add to this too. i sent josh a potmetal '56 olds dash bezel that was pitted and green in spots. came back, when they said it would, looking like new! he will get all my future business.

sorry to be raising a dead thread on here...but I just put that hood ornament on the car...and its growing on me..but totally not sold on it yet..its a aftermarket ornament for '37..just wanted something a little different and I think I have that,ha...pic is on my avatar
