The 26/27 Roadster on '32 rails is my absolute favorite hot rod combination and the style of car I had dreamed of building for MANY years.

Here is the pile of old parts that I assembled into one. Has been on the road since June of '07.

This really is perfection man!! 21 stud with High Rise manifold nestled in between some 32 rails and then covered like a warm electric blanket with the body of a Model T. Smells like.....victory.

Here's mine - a bit of a custom frame, but a Deuce nonetheless.

  10. This has also long been my all time favorite hot rod combo. Its one that seems to be forgotten sometimes, but its just such a perfect match. Subscribed.

I love this combo. I am still building mine, I have wanted to build this car for more than thirty years...

Here is my chassis so far...

I want it to sit low so I dropped my own axle...

and re-shaped the rear of the chassis rails to give 4" more drop that the original while still looking kind of stock.

Any '27 bodies I have seen here in the UK are rusted out and battered so I am building my own from scratch- here is the new substructure and new hand made firewall...

Here is the hand formed cowl panel...

    and part of the turtledeck...

Still working on it as I said. Here is a link to the thread if you want to see more.
