    Hello again.

Does anyone know where or how I could get this photo that some of the krispy kreme's use in there stores. I would love to get it in poster size or bigger but i have had no luck finding it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you contact krispy kreme? i would think they'd probably have to license any photo they used (if they didn't pay for it to be taken in the first place) and so would have the pertinent info. i don't see why they wouldn't give it to you.

Why not take the photo you have and have it enlarged to the size you want ?
Kinko's, WalMart or any other picture or banner maker with a image scanner should be able to do it for you.

Krispy Kreme would have registered trademark rights to thier name, so you could only sell things with thier logo if you got thier permission, but the rest is all freedom of the press.

  5. X2 - Save the pic to a file and send it to Walmart....they make posters from photos. There are others that do it as well....try Googling.

I did but the lady I talked to seemed uninterested. I may need to try them again but go higher up the ladder.

get far back, maybe 50-60 feet, stand on a ladder to get as high as possible and take a hi-rez (RAW) photo.
Crop the RAW image to get just the part you want to and...:
    Get a poster made.

If you can get even with the center of the photo, all the better.
I.E. if the photo center is at 24 feet, try to get you lens at 24 feet.
    But, it'll work either way.

As long as you are just using it for your own enjoyment, they company won't care ( or know).

Typically, if an image is worth stealing, it's already on ebay.

This is a better picture of it. If you see it in person it really is cool. The employees and the people at the counter having a doughnut and coffee makes the shot.
