Here is a ****ty view of the inside of that Model A when Pat took me for a ride. He is from Northern Indiana. It was a really smooth running car, blown Flatty and all!
This little modified was built mostly at Hopperstad Customs in Belvedere, IL. I put some pics of it up last year when it was in bare metal getting built. If you want to check out the shop go to one of Abomber30 (Drew's) Wednesday night big fun Gay Rodz meetings they MEAT there every other month.
Cool. We had to look that car ALL over. It was unreal with the driveshaft coming through the body. My dad wanted to know "how the hell do ya' get in it?" cause it's got no doors. Then we saw the hinges on the back of the roof. Awsome ride. Thanks for all the compliments everybody.
I guess you Junk bros. made it home OK. The weather was pretty decent yesterday once you got to the IL state line!
Sunday morning, after sitting in steady rain until 11:00 at the event, we drove in some hard rain for 3-4 hours. The wipers on my 48 started sounding a little different and quit working about 5 minutes before we drove out of the rain. Luck was with us. We enjoyed visiting with everyone and as always, made some new friends. It was a good weekend. Sam
I saw those "junk"brothers flat towing the roadster in. Cool looking car,but watch out when he is driving! You know what I mean!! eric
My foot is just fine. When I looked back and saw your car parked on top of my leg-foot.I thought for sure everything was broken.I'm fine.Just glad you didn't drive something heavier! It was fun meeting you guys. You should have stopped by for beers.Maybe in Columbus?
In case anyone missed my other thread, here are more pics... http://www.hotrodhucksters.com/chad/gg05
Now you will not have to go into the service and if you have Indian blood, you can claim to be a flat foot. Good to meet you. Sorry you had a close call but it was accidental. He has been having accidents around me for over 50 years.
Haha, what did you do Sam? Show us some more pictures of that car! o ya, thanks for all the other pics middleskewl Nick
Great shots! Thanks for sharing. It was very nice to meet you. I'm glad we got a chance to chat and get to know each other. Also, congrats on the award. It's always nice to get recognition for all your hard work and dedication. Well deserved. I didn't take as many photos as I normally do. Spent a whole bunch of time socializing. GG Indy is the perfect opportunity to see old buds and catch up on who's doing what. Here are a few of the shots I did take. Noon meet and greet, hokey *** group shot. If you didn't make it you missed a perfect opportunity to meet some great HAMBer's and spend time chating with folks that share the same interests. Chad's MoJunk's new modified in a rare shot of it parked. It was seen all weekend long cruzn around and running over people's feet
Man, my back end looks so low in that pic. I need to order another spanner wrench today so I can raise it up an inch. I wish I had gotten there a little sooner in the day so I could have just relaxed.
