Hello from Ohio. Joined up here today so I could post up some parts for sale in the upcoming weeks. Had I good friend pass recently, and I'm going through his garage in hopes to bring in some income for his family.
If you're looking just to sell stuff, try Ebay. This is an online community, with members dedicated to helping each other, and discussing the world of traditional hotrods. The classified section was designed for contributing members to swap and sell things, for the benifit of it's members, not simply for profit. I admire your efforts to help a friends grieving family, and sympathize with you in a time of emotional distress, but this is not Craigslist. My appologies if this sounds harsh, but we are a community not a business. Best of luck, and my heart goes out to you and your friends family.

It sounds harsh but I get your point. I'm good with that. Yes, right now I came to offer parts. I thought that some members here may be interested in some old parts that could be of use to them and at the same time, it would benefit the family. Not looking to make a profit. Just looking to not junk something that could be a hard to find piece. And I'm all for helping other with what I can, who knows where this will lead. So if you still want me to move on I will.

Welcome from New Mexico! I, for one, don't want to see you 'move on.' You were honest and straight forward in your introduction and that was refreshing. Good luck in your efforts to help your friend's family. Maybe when the dust settles you'll have time to enjoy this site yourself. Til then, take care of business.
