I'm new to the hot rod game and this is my first build and first forum so bear with me here. I'm attempting to build a 1930 model a ford from the ground up. Im a fabricator by trade so I want to build all the parts that I can so my rod with be truly custom. This is something I've decided to do for my old man since he isn't in the health that he thinks he is. Anyone with any specs or dimensions or any advice would be great.
Welcome from New Mexico! Best advice is to read everything you can on the HAMB and buy a couple of books on building techniques and Model As in general. Do some searches, find a style you like, and 'have at it! Good luck and have fun!
What part of Alabama? I'm at Rockmart GA, just over the line on 278, lots of family and friends in Alabama. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks.
