Why didnt you keep the cool nailhead?

What are you plans for it? These look good in the bellflower style IMO.

I never thought about that. What would you call it the way it looks now.

on a traditional site like this you have to expect people to not favor the drive train swap. but, bottom line it is your ride. of course the Billet wheels are not going to win you any friends here either. color looks good.

I am definately not fond of the aluminum wheels, I would go with cragars or steelies with povery caps for a 60s hot rod look..

or lower the hell out of it and put supremes and pinner whites and lean more towards 60s styled bellflower look.

Those are the two routes i would like to see this car taken in, but its your car so obviously its up to you.

Pull that chevy motor out and sell it and rebuild the nailhead, the s/b is no comparison to the nailhead, oh yeah those alumimum wheels gotta go to, but this just my .02 cents and its your car so......

Nice color, ditch those wheels asap. Get it lowered a little. Shame about the nailhead. If it were me I'd find another, but it's your car.

Ditch the wheels, get a set of supremes, or just roll with a set of Buick road wheels.

Sad to see a Buick disgraced with an SBC. Hopefully its only temporary while you rebuild the nailhead.

Kicked - have you dropped that motor in there yet ?

I tried to do this swap a few years ago, the pan was hitting the steering linkage, . . . . had to set the motor pretty far back, . . . .

    Good luck with the swap
