Any hints as to what this monster is?

It's the same number as what is on the car. Coincidence, or were all of the manufacturer's plates the same number?

 

Haven't figured out what the car is yet, but I'm pretty sure the p***enger is Chico Marx;

 

You already did! (Insert rimshot here) My first thought when I saw that pic was one of the Three Stooges as well. Funny. No clue on the car.

 

I'm sure i'm way off here but could it be of the Rolls Royce family? I saw a pic recently of an old Rolls that had a similar looking grill and headlight setup.
