Make sure the oil p***ages are completely open through the camshaft bearings. The p***ages may be drilled a bit off and require redrilling and polishing of the bearings.
And the upper oil p***ages from center cam bore up thru both decks thru the heads to the rocker stand base.
Like said above, if the cam bearings are not put in correctly, (with the bearing oil holes lined up with the oil holes in the block) the valve train will not get any oil.
