I just went and saw Grease last night and got the latest list of movies for 2012. "Rebel without a cause" is playing on Feb 15. I talked to the manager and they said I could have the whole front row parking for old cars! There's at least 20 spaces but lots of other room. The show starts at 7pm. I will get there early and monitor the parking. I suggest you get your tickets in advance,cause it always sells out! That sounds like fun Bob, I wish I lived closer. Look for the chopped and channeled 40 coupe during the chicken race scene, that old custom still exists in running and driving condition.
I saw some pic's of it somewhere. There's also another Merc at the Chicken Run. Hard to get a good look at it though.

Are you thinking of the Doug Rice coupe by chance? Don Richardson is the caretaker of that well known 39 coupe. The 'Rebel 40' is currently in the Midwest.

Bob, maybe its to early for everyone to decide...just keep bumping it the next two weeks. The American Graffitti show a year ago was a good time, so hopefully this will get a good turnout too!
