I've found a few more pictures of it, I could register on the french forum and ask who own's it. By the look of the number plate he lives in department 76 which is up the North of the country around Rouen.....

Don't know who owns it, but I'm glad sure he didn't use base coat, clear cote on it! A little ruff around the edges HOT ROD....I like it.

 

Maybe you could contact Powerglide Magazine. It's a mag from France and they had an article about the Loud Mufflers some time ago. The coupe was in there too.
