A mate of mine has an option to buy a 49 Dodge. Its a stock 4 door. I'm after some pics of Kustom versions, just to give him some idea of what can be done. Any info would be great.
A couple photochopped pics of my '50 Dodge Coronet: before- looks good just slammed- this ones a little different- and the last one using a chevy top- The 49-52 mopars have a lot of potential. They are pretty rare at the shows and when found can be had cheap. I bought mine for $600. Should be running in time for Antioch's BilletProof. My uncle had a 4-door '50 dodge. He slammed it 6 inches all the way around and it looked sick. Tell your friend to buy the '49. Vince
The attached pics above: one's a custom bizness coupe using a different grill, a couple pics of a cool Hamber's car, can't wait for the chop, dig the caddy tailights, a nice blue '49 2-door, a nice silver '49, and last but not least an awesome drawing by Picasso of a '49 bizness coupe. Hope they help. Some more: Here's a crazy one- This one started out as a 4-door- Vince

Here's my crusty '52 Plymouth Business Coupe. Nothing special yet, just a swapped in 335 horse Chrysler 383, built 727, solid front axle, and lots of rust. Yeah, I know I'm missing most of the grill....
Man... that looks MEAN...! Do you have any details on the swap? I've been debating on whether to swap in a 383 or not in my dodge. Any info would be great... thanx Vince
Our wayfarer has a 440 in it too, so if you need pictures or info on the swap let me know. I'll tell you one thing, it was a pain the ass to get the thing to fit in there.
