When i work with plexi i use methylene chloride to fuse the pieces together. Is deadly stuff but work wonders. I use a small syringe and if the parts line of nicely the capilary action will pull the liquid through the seam.

hey thought i'd throw my 2 cents in. this is the shifterknob for my 54 chevy truck i cant post pics of the actual complete assembly, cuz the rod itself is at chrome.

but this is a circa 1952 microphone. and it still works! but the stock mic plug will be used as the trigger for my flamethowers! i thought this was a really neat idea. i have other mic's for knobs but this was so wierd and stylish i had to have it! my 2 cents...spent:D

Here's one I've been working on. I drilled out the eyes, added some large, red, fake rubies, and added an aircraft peanut bulb inside the head to light the new eyes. Real scary boys and girls! You better be good or he'll get ya!

Those guys make some cool ass stuff, kind of reminds me a little more of some "smoking accessories" :D than shift knobs. Very cool.

GRSMNKYCUSTOMS - you win hands down! That mike is killer!

  18. OK, the digital camera broke. I looked and there were a lot of old knobs, but other than a Coors tap, an 8 ball and an 11 ball, nothing very interesting.
