I'm trying to figure out how to use this message board, and not having any luck. I am a retired dude who's been into cars all my life and have built a few. right now working on a 63 Ford Gax. XL convert. and having a hard time figuring somethings out. Such as I want to put in new bushing into the lower control arms, but can't get the bolt out of the frame into the old bushing. If anyone has any ideas Please Help...

Hey, Myroan. I'm in the same boat. Maybe we can help each other out as we learn more about what's going on. I got a 53 chevy spt.cp. w/strong smallblock. thinking of tossing the old weak TopHat frame for something designed for a V8.
