I planned on using this axle in my model a, but the bosses for the spring perches are worn VERY bad, pretty much oval. I need to replace it but I dont know if its a model a. I think it is a bit wider.
    kingpin to kingpin center=50.5"ish
perch to perch center=36.25"ish Thanks in advance ford guys!

Thanks for the quick reply fellas! Are Model A axles all by themselves or do later years match up?

...I just found this chart on the hamb, now I am really confused. Is this chart wrong or my axle is bent or something? Kingpins..perches..perch thickness

    1928-31..51 7/8....36 1/4...2 1/4....continuous curve across

    1932-36..51 3/4....36 3/8...2........ends curve more

    1937-41..50 7/8....38 1/2...2 1/4

1942-48..52........40 5/8...2 1/4....1948 has holes for tube shocks
