Yes VW, I know some of you guys don't like VW's some do. I have been into them for as long as I can remember. I grew up with them. I also love Hot rods, 60 show rod Kustoms, and some of the crazy 70's stuff. I don't dig G***ers, just don't get it. I have been a Fiber Gl*** fabricator and sculptor for over 23 years. I work in the Amu*****t park industry and now I build Robots and work as a machinist, fabricator now. I have done the metal work thing since I was driving but only for myself. This is the first time I am employed doing so. I do my own sheetmetal fab work on my cars. I have done plenty of custom autobody work for myself and a few friends here and there. Currently I am building a Dunebuggy and have had a Volksrod lingering in the garage for way too long. I wanna get both of them done, driving and then move on. I have not owned anything that would fit into here, however I will once I can get these gone. I plan to build a 60's style show rod. I will start from scratch and build the frame and body myself. I am gonna sculpt out the body myself, not unlike the Ice T and the Roswell Rod. Gonna be traditional in design and style but the drive train will be a little different. I will only post if I know what I am talking about. I am not so arrogant that I cant accept that I might be wrong and have no trouble admitting it. I have lurked for years here and will mostly lurk anyway.
