Diving in the snow is easy, it's the ice that's the problem. These may be the only ones that will really work on ice...

Been driving my '46 all winter. When the road's clear I've ridden the Harley to work. So far this January I've ridden 4 times!

I try to get out once a week as long as the roads are dry. It's been mild but really wet in southern Ohio.

Salt and deer usually keep me off the road Dec-Mar. We haven't had hardly any snow in WNY this year, but I have to drive 40 miles a day and it's too dark with the deer on several stretches of 55 mph I have to run. Came real close to smacking one with my Studebaker truck last year, like about 2 ft away. Don't really want to know what would happen in my Model A truck. The windshield is about deer chest high!

Went cruising last night, down in North Fort Myers. It was 78 on the way down, and 72 on the way back to Punta Gorda. A couple more degrees, and I would have put on my jacket. Cruise all summer in Michigan, then all winter down here. There are enough Michigan rods down here to have our own cruise night.

Yeah, for sure. I've driven mine quite a bit. Today we topped 60. The best part is that I never did the vehicle shuffle, for the first time ever...you know the winter routine where you have to move all your **** around (cars included) until the spring thaw. Now, there's nothing to thaw! I've gotten a lot of work done on the hot rod...work that needed test driving to pull off. Sweet!

Drove my '34 to work today- after s****ing off two inches of snow and ice from the windows. A surprise spring storm, here in the high desert! Had to be careful as there was ICE everywhere. WAAAAY slick. What fun- my beater pickup is broken so the '34 is my daily, no matter what. Good thing the paint is ****!
