I made out pretty damn good today. The wife and kids popped for a bunch of tools and my 18 month boy old said "Chevy" today.

    Happy fathers day!

I got two sport shirts, a pair of Dickies shorts, and sunglasses. It's been a good Father's Day so far.

All I wanted for fathers day was to go to the Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green. We did that Friday and had a great time.
Today after Sunday dinner and a nap in the Lazy Boy I helped my son on his first hot rod (go cart).
    Overall a good fathers day.

I took my dad for a ride to a carshow today in a car that is 26 Years old, that I sold 12 years ago (and bought back 2 years ago)...very similar to a model he owned brand new 27 years ago that he really dug. It was cool. It was like we rewound time 12 years for me back to when I first had it, & when I first took him for a ride in it, but re-wound time back 27 years for him when he first had one. Did I lose you? If you can figure this out, PM me...

Happy Father's day to the Fathers...our greatest source of keeping the hobby alive...

Happy Father's Day Old Beet. Here's a custom crest I whipped up this morning, and by his smile, I think he liked it.

I think that Joey will like everything except Ford... I have a Mopar and a Chevy, my Dad was a Chevy guy... Even my Grandpa had Chevy trucks...

    it's in his genes.

Sitting with my 4yo daughter at a friend of mine's booth at the roadster show with a blown Barron flathead in front of us...

I point at the motor and say "Do you know what that is?"

She says "a hot rod engine-motor,"

I say "what kind of motor?"

    She says "A flathead!"

I say "Good! Do you know why they call it a flathead?"

She points to the Barron head and says "Cause the heads are FLAT Poppa."

She thinks the whole thing is hillarious and I'm so proud, I make her say it about 4 more times for all the old farts that stop by.
