Man work has pulled a weird one this time I have to go to work up north for 6 weeks and staying in the hotel is gonna drive me nuts. My 32 is comming along and I cant put it in my suit case, if anyone needs some help on their car in the Lawrenceburg area let me know. I only have to inspect so that leaves me alot of time to do nothing. Fabricator by trade Paint and body guy by chance. Boy I am gonna miss my car and dog dont tell my wife !! P.S I work for beer !!

ive worked in the power plant at tanners creek. i found that a lil club called concepts is a great place to hang and see some action other then that there are a couple junk yards in town you can walk thru

there is a lot of hot rods in cincy and lawrencburg is in western cincinnati ohio area. the is lawrencburg speedway ( alot of history)but i dont know much about it or if they are running this time of year. there is a great indoor go-kart track just out side of town near ande cheverlot dealership. there is a cool asm american sign museum ( alot of automotive related signs)in cincy, the hiltons have an awsome collection. i will post up more as my memory come to me.
Man thanks I hope to get to see some cars and meet some of the Hambers in the area. As for that casino my hotel is across the road from it and the sound of the old ladies draging their oxygen bottles up and down the stairs it's hell to sleep!!
If you want to drive to Indy in Feb. the Motorama will be happing the weekend of Feb. 10, 11, 12, at the Indianapolis State Fairgrounds while you are their you can take in the 500 world of wheels. We'll be having our car at the Motorama. Hope to see and meet you.
if you snowboard,its a couple minutes from you.if you dont mind a couple hour drive on a saturday,come up to greentown to our shop, prob. 20-30 hambers meet every sat. and work on our winter projects, currently a 34 3 window chevy,a 34 five window ford,and a misc. stuff in between.Lunch is served around 11:00 and there is always plenty of beer.We get there around 7:00 and leave late in the day,with lots of hot rod stuff between us and lawernceburg. p.m me if at all interested. p.s. we will all be at the motorama in indy too.

Nailhead, The World of Wheels will be in Huntington, WV (not a bad drive from Cincy) at The Big Sandy Arena on March 2-4, 2012. There is also the Taylor Auto Museum in Huntington that is worth a visit while in town for WOW. Jim
Thanks I rode around Aurora today and Lawreceburg and seen a 59 ford truck and did not see any old cars. Man it is just like Texas if you dont know the car guys they are the hidden vintage tin underground !! At home I roll one of my cars out and see how many guys stop to ask about them and ask if they are for sale.Then the fun begins I usauly tell them I found them in an old barn that was full of them and a bunch of old motors with the spark plugs in the center of the heads
