blower guys..need injection advice please

Im looking into converting my 55 chevy with a 468 /671 blower from duel 600 edelbrocks to efi.
Im looking to improve drivability and get some extra fuel milage to I can get more use from it.
heres what Im looking ant and looking for pro and cons..
f.a.s.t duel quad conversion ..its expencive but looks easy to install, but still looks like carbs.
a efi converted bug catcher style. love the looks,but not self learning and looks difficult to get working correct..cant get a price on a complete system.
I do not own a lap top or know of any place that does anything like this in my area.
wich should I go for? any shops out there that can help me with either?

Holy ****..thats alot of gas money!
I would rather have the old dragster look but thinking more to the fast efi system.
