Event Coverage world of wheels minneapolis/st paul 2012???

Did a search, and looked on Autoramas web site, but there wasn't a date listed for an event.

Does anyone know if this is happening this year???

 

No show this year.

 

Why? Not enough traffic?

 

I called Autorama last week when I couldn't find it. No show due to attendance and booking. My guess is more booking than attendance, I bet they waited too long to book Excel. The lady on the phone said they are looking into it for 2013.

 

On the MSRA website it says they originally scheduled it for the same days as Detroit autorama so they cancelled it. I guess the Duluth world of wheels is still on though in March. Don't quote me though. Go to msra website for info

 

Duluth is no longer listed on the site either.

 

Guess we'll all have to get out into the garage and do some work, what a shame.

 

Now called "Motorhead Madness", the Duluth show is 3/30-4/1 this year. In the Twin Cities, GSTA is the one and only big indoor show. It is the weekend of 4/14 - 4/15.

If any Twin City HAMB members would like to caravan up to the Duluth show let me know.
I will going up there with the Colorado pick up though on Saturday.
