Not from Denver here, but if time and money permit I amy just take a day and come on over. Not likely to know til the day before. Weather may be a player also. Likely you will have to forgive me for bringing my semimodern rusted wreck as the Delivery is still under restoration. Rod

 

Mut, if you drive out here from Gburg you'll be the winner. I dont know what youre going to win, but for driving 4.5 hours to meet up with us you deserve something!

I grew up in Maxwell, so guesse there is an outside chance we might know each other if you were still around in the late 80's. Moved to Arkansas for awhile, then Cheyene and now back in this area for about the last 18 years. Like I said I am considering it but don't hold me to until I arrive at a decesion. Car wise things are pretty dead around here. Rod

Just wish I had my poor unibody in the garage, I could be working on something for it... The amount of snow and the hill i live on spell NO WAY to get the ford around to the garage.

 

What is up with this weather this year. You guys in the city are getting all of it. We didn't get anything up here in winter park.

my mom lived in the curtis/mayfield area some time,we used to stop & buy gas from the English folk that had the station across 80,
i lived in GI for 15yrs..

I'll put it on the calendar. Depending on snow, kick-down signal, and spark advance, I might even bring the Caddy.

 

None of my stuff I had listed sold on e-bay that about gaurantees I will not be able to make it out there. I was hoping enough would sell that I might have abit of extra for a trip that way as I sure could use a weekend out of town. Rod

Just curious if any of you were freinds with my 3rd cousin Ivel Bacca? He lived on Jamaca st. In Aroura and spent alot of time at the drags back in the 80's. He passed away several years ago. A couple of times a year when we went to visit I would go to the dragstrips with him. Also curious what happenned with his ElCameno after he passed away. Rod

 

I dont know him, but there are a few members on here that have been kickin rocks in denver for quite some time.
