I sent a letter to the wife of the old man that did not remember he had any cars. I talked to the neighbor today to see if I could see anything from their place and he said yes. Found this on the other side of the fence.
Waiting to hear back from the lady to see if she will sale and make her a offer. There are more cars but could not get good pics. A few were coupes.
That coupe look s fine.... Right now someone is doing a Google map search looking for a few tin buildings and a Jeep in Texas.
I looked on google maps and you cant see them. The only way to get to this place is from a easment through another place. No seeing them from the road. The only reason I know they are there is from my dad hauling hat there 35 years ago.
If the owner doesn't even remember owning them then you should get them all if you can or they will eventually be s**** metal.
I hope to hear from his wife this week There are other cars most of them sedans and some others that I cant tell from all the trees and brush.
I will if she will sale. My dad says they are good people and he said there are other coupes there that I cant see. If there is I would like to buy more if I can.
If you can get them, borrow money if you have to and get everything. You can always sell the ones you don't want to keep.
I dont think I will borrow any money just did that for a house. I will try to get what I want if she sales. Some that I could see were prety far gone. Might see if I could get some parts off some.
I read your earlier post regarding these cars. Thanks for updating and posting the pics. Good luck with the old lady.
You would think they would be gone but no one lives on the place where they are and no one goes there to do anything.
Just imagine what good condition they would have been in if you could have gotten to them 35 years ago when they were abandoned...sad.
Me to but I dont think they care enough about the cars to put them inside. They just parked the under the biggest oak trees they could find.
I found a guy that has gotten a few old tractors from the old guy over the years. He told me if it came down to it he would take the cash and buy for me. Hate to do this but if it's the only way to save any that's what I will do.
can anyone tell what the sedan closest is? I could not realy tell from where I took the pic. Maybe 35 or 36?
