On I-15 just as you go into Nevada is/was a place called Whiskey Pete's. They had the B/C death car. I got thrown out of the joint because, after too many $1.00 Heinikens, I climbed over the velvet ropes and sat where Clyde had his last sit down. Those guys were fast and rather largish.
Intersting that people choose to celebrate the life and death of a couple of people who stole from others and killed police.
Good looking roadster! What's the intake? PM-7, Weiand or are those risers? Gas tank looks like it's ready for the PanAmericana! More of these events need to pop up around the country. I should be proactive and start one in my neck of the woods....until then I'll follow along and pay close attention.

Great story ! I also enjoyed reading about Bonnie and Clyde when I was younger . Wasn't sure why Clyde put up with her bullshit for so long but each to their own I always say . Those two were a truly sick fucked up pair of outlaws ! They did end up with what they deserved in the end ! But why the hell do so many people seem to worship them so much for what they all did ?
