Well I'm sure (because of their posts here) they are aware of the concerns of their customers. Catering to hot rodders/customizers is a niche business. We need the companies supplying our hobby to continue, and flourish. I can only wish them success.
So I have tracking numbers so I really think the parts are on the way. I'm sorry it had to come down to me posting on the Hamb. I know this is a tight community. I have to say though I should have known better. I called them twice before I ordered to ask some tech questions and all I got was the answering machine. That should have been my clue. The third time I called as I was leaving a message I said I wanted to order some parts and low and behold someone picked up the phone funny. I've been using shoeboxford for all my parts. just sent my door hinges out to them to be rebuilt. Going to buy my bumpers from them too. Wish they sold the balljoint a arms like jamco does. but hey king pins have been on the car for 61 years so why change them I guess. just real bummed out. I was going to spend a lot of money happily with jamco.
From what I read here, it looks like the only people having trouble are the Ford guys. I'm a Ford guy, and don't want to go to Chevy springs...
There are so many calls on your machine you can't figure out which one is waiting for the parts they ordered several months ago? Glad you responded here, but you'd be better off responding to your customers. SMG-it's been 10 days since the expected delivery date-did you get the parts? GassersGarage-you did read the other posts and threads, right?
