Welcome from So.ILL. Sounds like you have a cool project. I love g***ers and used to be part of the TLB group. I had to sell my g***er 55 Chevy project a few years ago due to health and finances.

You lost me, you got the boot and yet you are still here? .... how can that be? And something disturbing I noticed , the welds on those shackles, they just dont look adequate. Do you trust them?

Good on the weld question, had me worried. The other question of old vs young, if you are 27 I think you are really old already.

this is the latest ive done. I lifted it 4 inches in the rear and got the axle all in. brakes and stearing is what i got left
Brian, the more I look at that front axle the more I scratch my head ... are the ch***is rails gonna end up taking the place of the bump-stop for turning??? ... looks pretty darn skinny
no i checked it out it turns fine im thinking of a offset wheel to its 54 .5 wide from out side of both wheels
