if you click this link http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=90415 there was a ch***is listed by the hamber named B*** the other day and he had pictures of his ch***is w/Delco Lovejoys. It looked great. If you find anything out about how they work or where to get them I also am interested. Take Care
As a reference ; excerpts from Apple Hydraulics; " Chrysler - Dodge - Plymouth - DeSoto used Delco lever shocks until 1936. Packard used mostly Delco shocks with Houdaille shocks on some models in early 1930's. " " Delco part numbers explained Almost all Delco lever shock absorbers have, somewhere on the casting, inscription "Delco, Made In Dayton, U.S.A" (on some word "Delco" is replaced with "Delco-Lovejoy" or "Lovejoy"). I am running them as soon as I get the truck roadworthy, on the front and rear, I talked to an old guy and he swears by them. Here is a pic, I ran across this post and thought I would put up a pic. As you can see I still need to paint them and get them connected.
You can get a set right here in the cl***ifieds: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=651796
