Nice COE. You see less of those 5400 series 134"in. wheelbase Chevrolet COE's than you do the more common 5700 series 158"in. wheelbase COE's. The 5100 series 110"in. wheelbase are even less common.

No, the Strange Bird only went to europe in print.....not selling it haha.

The original ch***is is staying. I'm going to swap in the 364 nailhead, and use the stock transmission, and PTO. The only thing I may modernize is the axles. I have access to a set of axles from a c6500 Kodiac cab and ch***is that I may use. Waaaaay better brakes, and the tires will be radial 19.5" instead of bias ply 20"

If you swap ch***is, a good candidate for a ch***is is the 1980's/90's Chevy/GMC 3500HD 1-1/2 ton trucks. These are the trucks that have a heavy duty straight axle from end and 19.5" wheels. The rear ends are ten lug and they have a much better gear ratio than the original stuff. They also have disc brakes on all four wheels. They can handle the load of a car on their back. They use these ch***is under a lot of tow trucks and box vans.
