Grill ID?

I purchased this car with a fiberglass grill shell with 4 headlights, can anyone ID the grill shell ? Was it a JC Whitney item ? Thanks bill

my guess would be homemade...to the best of my knowledge, there weren't aftermarket grille shells like that available..
