Well, I am new to the board as a poster, have done a bit of research on restoration's and have always noticed the most usefull forums where all located on this site. So, I figured since I am now working on new terrain a 47-50 Chevy Truck then this would be the best place to post project and get all the information and help to complete this project of mine. Well I am 26 and from Louisiana and have always been into working on cars and bikes and just love welding and anything to do with metal. Decided to customize a motorcycle of mine which I finished a couple months ago. Now I decided to take on this chevy truck project. Well just wanted to greet everyone out there and thank everyone for all the usefull information spread through out this forum. Here's picture of me and my son when Rick and his fiancee came to pick up my pet crocodiles that I was donating to refugee. Here is picture of Motorcycle I just finished (Guess what motorcycle was originally, should be simple to figure out but compared to the factory bike this is quite a transformation.) And last but not least the late 40's Chevy Truck I am currently working on (unfortunately title and metal piece inside truck both say 54 chevy and have been told this is more of a late 40's style so guessing something got changed around at some point) Well, thank you for ya'lls time and once again I appreciate all the useful information spread across these forums and hope to help contribute as much as I can as well.
