    Im thinking of making a custom air cleaner and thought you guys would have some custom or just plain odd air cleaners to show off so let's see them.

    An teardrop shaped air cleaner I made out of wood and bondo and then had cast in aluminum. For a 4 barrel carb.

    Cast a few more, you could sell those!! Very cool.

    Here's an old aftermarket United centrifugal air cleaner. I used to have it on the flatty before I stepped up to dual carbs.

    I sold the rights to the design of the aircleaner to O'Brien Truckers. He now makes them. The one shown is the original one. It sure was a lot of work to make the first one. The picture below is when I was first starting to polish it.

    Cost me $140 including shipping back and forth. It was a foundry in Washington State but don't ask me where, I don't remember who it was.

    I switch from one system to the other depending on the event I'm going to. Takes about 15 minutes to change out.

    Hi guys mines on a 50 Mercury from a 50 Mercury, just seamed to belong there.Some of the young guys don't recognize it and ask what it is but the old guys smile every time. Fred
