Always a great show. Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately I don't think I will have time to make it this year.

And then there was this! amazing piece of engineering and thought!
6-71 and 4 turbo's and looked like an explosion in a plumbing supply house. But man what a ride this must be......kind of a little ot but what the hell

That boat engine was about the Craziest Induction set-up I've ever seen!
Whacked out fuel injection, and four John Deere turbo-chargers.

I have to jump in here about the boat . Being a former boat racer I can appreciate trying all sorts of stuff to go faster but ......... this boat barely runs . It is only for show and a single 4bbl small block would run circles around . Last time I saw it in the water it barely floats with all that "stuff" in the back and they were happy to get 58mph out of it . For me that is pretty sad so I have a different point of view on it . Last motor he had 4 turbos on a stock sbc with stock rocker arms and all . There are plenty of boats to look at here at the show that actually produce and run the numbers . To each his own but I just wanted to let everyone know the facts .As my Dad would politely say , it is unique ;)

Yeah, when I looked at it I was looking for E.T. and Speed on the board, and there was nothing noted... Most every other boat in there had times and speed listed.
... But it does actually run, video below...

This is what happens when mechanics become tweakers. Lots of engineering, but it's wasted.

What a great bunch-o-flatties! That green/black oval grill Ford p.u. is amazing. I just don't think any motor will ever be more nostalgic than Henry's flathead. Thank's for a unique glimpse of a great looking event. ~sololobo~

That's Tim Mclaughlin's roadster. He started out with two rear quarter panels and ended up with what you see now. It was his first build after building Harleys. Flathead with a 5 speed and his shake down drive was from Sacramento to Bonneville. Really a good guy and a nice roadster.
