I've got a few projects going on the bench these days. In addition to the full-size '51 Chevy in the garage, I have a small on on the bench, being done in a totally different style

Restoring a '61 Ford uni that I got as a builtup

And not HAMB-friendly, but while searching through my stash for a suitable induction setup for the gasser Chevy, I found this partially finished '68 Chevelle, so I decided to finish it up, too.

Finished the transformation on the '29 Woody. Started this one about 15 years ago when monochrome and high-tech look were in.

Lyle, Any pictures of the full-fadeaway coupe in the background of the first picture?

That red pick-up looks like it could be a Stillwagon build.

    Thanks for posting.

  15. It's always easy to spot the Stillwagon builds. ;)

The '48 is mine and I think I've posted it on here, but here's a few anyway.

This is a model of an actual building, a Twin Chimney . Built in 1957 by Crown Oil I'm showing it this week end , Febuary 25th at an I P M S show in Richmond Virginia :
I'll be showing it ait would have appeared in 1965:

Picked up this '55 with some other stuff at the Heart of Maryland auction & show last year. My son-in law just bought a '71 Stepside so I am looking to trade the cab for a non-hamb friendly '71 or '72 Chevy Cab.

That Crown Gas Station is fantastic!

Just came back from a trip to WalMart. They are carrying models again, after a long absence. They had Revell, Monagram and AMT kits, for about fifteen bucks.

Good stuff this weekend! Scrubba, that gas station is very nicely done. Fat141, love the color on that '58 Impala (Don't forget to foil those vent window frames!)

Finally got the interior done on the Pennsylvania Bluebird, my Larry Watson-tribute '59 T-bird...

Also shot the clear coat but stilled needs to be polished out. Just to give you a taste of the finish here's a couple cropped shots of it mocked up with bumpers and chassis.

Kmart has them also for the same price... I was checking out the "Beatnic Bandit" kit and the '55 chevy convertible kit they had on the shelves... :)
