Will '57 Chevy poverty caps fit?

Will '57 poverty caps fit 70's 14" steel wheels? They have 4 nubs around the ouside of the center instead of 3 like the original wheels. I have a cherry set of '57 caps and I'm afraid to try them and risk damaging one if they won't work. I know COPO Camaro caps fit the wheels I have but I don't have a '57 wheel to try the COPO cap on. Any help will be appreciated...Gasr57
