Just joined - I have a bunch of cars, but my focus is on a 1940 Cadillac 7219 formal sedan. I will probably just eaves drop and look at some of the forums for the flat head Caddy stuff for a while - Don't want you guys to whip me too badly right off the bat. I have followed some of your threads about blowers, Desoto, Cadillac - some great information gathered. I will try to get up to speed quickly. Thank you for the opportunity to join.
thank you all for the welcome. My brother has a 60 falcon set up for a small block chevy with a tube front end in it, Mr. 60 Ford. Just another thing to get to I guess. I just got the Desoto - very complete barn find that runs - needs brake work, so it doesn't stop so good. I am looking forward to gleaning a bunch of help and information from ya'all. Thanks for letting me in. Don't drink any more, but I like crazy people - should fit right in.
Nice build thread, Bar X. I will have to spend some time going through it later in the week. Looks like a nice project that is actually starting out with something to work with.
