Cruisin Albia a few pics

Small town in Iowa partitions off the town square every year for a little car show. Saw some pretty nice cars. Thought you all might enjoy them.

I too have been to Albia...back in the early 70's as a boy I lived there for a short time....only twister I have ever seen blew into town...joe

Work takes me to Albia all the time...I didn't make the car show this year, they always have a few nice rides. "gwaw"...you coming to the B. Nat's in Pella?

 

What engine was in the #38 Ford Coupe race car?

 

Glad you all liked the pics, the bike was built atleast in part by our own tankwilson. I am hoping to go to the B-nats, fordy but the caddy prolly wont make it, still fighting the engine. The #38 had a sbs in it and more modern style seats but overall was a cool car.

they must be hiding the cool cars when i go through,i used to go through quite often on my way to Des Moines.Some nice looking cars you shot.
