I sure would like to make it to that event, SOON. I don't really have a time line on when this one will get finished. Then again there is always the Hollish car.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this. I couldn't find my angel finder. The engine is set up at 6.5 degrees of dump.

Friday, Ftroop (Steve) came over in the morning and gave a much needed hand in holding and lining everything up. Sometimes 2 hands just aren't enough. Thanks Steve. Anyway everything is tached in place, just need to build a bronze bushing for the column support, then final weld everything . Next week the rear-end housing will be sent out for ends and axles.

  20. Cars lookin good, Tell Steve I could use a 3rd hand, when He's done with your car...I also was putting my stearing in, (again), after removing everything that was in there, BUT I can't keep my Chassis Research Dashes in stock, I keep selling more than I have made....Damn the Bad luck..I guess thats a good thing...Hairy

Not alot to update as is the norm lately. I did break my foot the on the 2nd, so that's a pretty good way to start the year. I did manage to get the tabs for the steering and strap on the rear all welded, now time to build the brake handle mount an master cylider tab. That should be done this week sometime. Also got the bullets for the hairpins and the anti rotation mount welded in. Todd

Crossmember under the pinion looks too small from the pic, should be 1-1/4"

The crossmember under the pinion looks smaller in the pictures but it is 1-1/4. Thanks for looking out Bruce. Todd.

Got the axles from Moser and the Olds ends welded on and the Wilwood disc brakes mounted. Also Brian sent a Hemi motor plate so I had to swing it in place to find out I have to bend-up a pitman arm and build a new drag link to clear the headers. 1 step forward 2 steps back. Not a big deal, just takes a little longer. Todd.

Foots better, not great, but better. Still can't get a full range of movment, but it will work for clutching.
