Just read through the "Read This First" post and this sounds like a great place to hang out and learn a thing or two about Hot Rods and the Roddin' community. Hopefully I will be able to share some info as well. Let me start by saying that I am from San Tan Valley, AZ (a bout 45mins East of Phoenix) and I love going to car shows around here because you never know what you're going to see. My taste in cars is varied. I consider myself a Ford guy at heart, but I like all kinds of cars from old Chevy's to VWs. I am mainly here to find inspiration and to get some tips for building what it is that Hot Rodders are looking for. My current projects include a 1954 Dodge Mail truck (the one in my avatar), a 1971 VW Bus, and a 1994 Mustang GT. That's me in a nut shell for now, but I would also like to mention that some friends of mine and I are in the process of opening up a garage business specializing in taking care of cl***ic cars. The business is called San Tan Originals Cl***ics and Kustoms (aka S.T.O.C.K.). Although we haven't officially opened our doors yet we are trying to get things ramped up, so that hopefully we will have some work to do when the time comes. So, if there is anyone in our area that needs work done on their baby, feel free to contact me. I am sure we can work out a HAMB discount and hopefully some day become an Alliance Vendor once we get things kickin' in high gear.
MikeRose, my brother lives in Yuma so I make it out that way every once in a while. Tommyd, that is what we are hoping for. Thanks for the luck.
