I am changing my 54 over to power brakes and purchased a kit made by Master Power that bolts under the floor in the stock location. After 3 hours I finally got the stock pedal and master cylinder out and tried the new pedal ***embly. The main bracket bolts in place but the pedal arm is 2" to long and hits a body brace. Has anyone else used one of these setups? I am thinking about going to a Walton Fabrication firewall setup instead. Are these kits as easy to install as they appear in Rod and Custom?
These guys will have what you need. I just finished putting power brakes on my 37 Pontiac. WHAT a difference. I had to step so hard B-4 I thought I would break the seat back. They have all components and good tech department. http://www.performanceonline.com/1949-54-CHEVY-SEDAN-EARLY-MODEL-CHEVY-c-1191/
